Efficiencies, superior, and moderate rooms are housed in two-story buildings with air-conditioning and cable television. 

Efficiencies have a kitchenette, while superior rooms are equipped with a microwave and refrigerator. 

Moderate rooms are also housed in cottages, two to a cottage, one with a queen bed, and the other with a double bed. Some rooms have showers instead of baths.
